My daughter cried the whole time while getting a filling in 2/6 teeth and I feel as if there bedside manner is poor. Why would you not call for the parent but yet still continue with the procedure without calling the parent. My baby came out and said I don’t like it here they hurt me and her eyes were blood shot red. They do good work just too many kids are serviced per day per hour just needs to be more concerned with the young kids.

Everyone was very friendly and put my son at ease. I was disappointed when I heard my son would have to go to entire different dentist just to get a crown on his tooth. Most general dentist do things like that. Also, the building itself could use a good cleaning! Places like dentist and Dr offices should be clean and sterile.

Been coming here for for over a decade. My siblings went here when they were little & now my little ones go here. My baby just had his 1st ever visit. I was surprised he didn't cry once.

My first and last time going to this office.it started with a random cancellation because they didn’t have my insurance info which you can’t make an appt w/o putting in the info so them not having it was their own issue then called me after 5 to get the info the day before and I couldn’t call back because the office is closed. I was able to finally call day of they switched my appt to a later time we get there It was as if my child was a number they were just trying to get through.you have to wait over 20 mins for each step. (Check in, ID, X-ray, cleaning, finally see the Dr.) It took almost 2.5 hrs just to do a regular cleaning. I’ve been in and out in under and hr at my last office the Dr didn’t listen to anything I asked just continued to tell me to come back in a week . My daughter had no issues no cavities so it made no sense why I was being told to come back in a week when speaking about her loose teeth. Everyone was “nice” but overall the experience and service isn’t up to a standard we are use to.

This dental is a joke, my son had an emergency appointment here because his regular dental was close . We had an appointment at 1:30 and didn’t leave until 4:20, that’s the least of my issue because I wanted my son to get seen, they are so unorganized and have you going from here to there. Taking patient in before us as well just because we weren’t Hispanic from what it looks like. We were send to the desk from the back area 2x to pay and schedule appointments when we got there standing waiting for the front desk to help us they ignored us standing there and take patient who just walked in the front door, when I ask I was told to have a seat again someone will call me, I can’t just come to the front to schedule my follow up appointment which I was told by the back end to do. When I was finally called to schedule the follow up appointment I was sharing my concerns with the receptionist and I don’t think I will be back , she laugh and told me that’s fine. I was told Prescriptions was send to the pharmacy for my son , nothing was send to the pharmacy I had to call the office 2x before the prescription was send. This is my first time giving a bad review so you can tell how frustrating
